If you're still hesitating to book a photo session in Tahiti
For the 10% who love my style but still wonder if it's worth the investment
90% of my clients book their signature session without hesitation.
They know my style, my approach. They know what they want.
But the remaining 10%? They love what they see. But something holds them back.
If that's you, here's what I'd tell you:
I understand the hesitation
Because:
It's a significant investment
You can't "try before you buy"
It's intangible (not an object you can touch)
You might wonder if you'll be comfortable
You're comparing it with other budget priorities
And all of that is legitimate.
What I can't show you (but what you'll experience)
I can show you:
✓ Hundreds of photos
✓ My detailed process
✓ Client testimonials
✓ My 35-page guide
I can't show you:
✗ How you'll feel during the session
✗ The emotion when you see the photos
✗ Why you'll still be looking at them in 20 years
✗ That moment when you surprise yourself
That's the gap.
The real questions to ask yourself
Not "do I have the budget?"
But:
"In 10 years, will I regret doing it or not doing it?"
Nobody has ever told me "I wish I had saved that money."
But I've heard dozens of times "I regret not doing it sooner."
"What am I really comparing?"
Selfies vs a real session? There's no comparison.
An object vs a living memory? It's not the same category.
"What's really holding me back?"
The price? Or the fear of not being comfortable / photogenic / "good enough"?
Because if it's fear... all my clients had it too.
What happens for those who take the leap
Before the session:
"I hope it'll be worth it"
"I don't know if I'll be comfortable"
"It was a big budget for us"
After the session:
"I understand now"
"I loved every minute"
"It's absolutely worth the investment"
When they receive the photos:
"I didn't think we could look like this"
"It's us, but better"
"I look at them every day"
Why some people pass (and that's OK)
Let's be honest.
A photo session isn't for everyone.
You might not be ready if:
You're looking for the cheapest option (I'm not the cheapest, and I own it)
You just want "a few quick photos" (I don't do express mini-sessions)
Photos aren't important to you (and that's legitimate!)
You prefer to invest in something else right now (everyone has their priorities)
And that's perfectly OK.
You're ready if...
You want to preserve this precise moment of your life
You value the experience as much as the result
You understand the difference between price and value
You're ready to trust yourself (and trust me)
You want photos you'll still be looking at in 20 years
What the investment really includes
Not just "photos."
But:
A 90-minute experience where everything stops
A moment of connection (to yourself, to the other, to the place)
75+ edited and retouched photos
A 35-page guide to prepare you
My 10+ years of expertise in Tahiti
The guarantee that I deliver ALL the photos worth keeping
A visual legacy you'll pass down
Nobody else will take these photos of you at this exact moment.
The real question
"Is it worth [X amount] for the signature session?"
Wrong question.
The right question:
"Does this moment in my life deserve to be preserved the way I deserve?"
If the answer is yes, then the investment makes sense.
If the answer is "not sure," then wait. Maybe it's not the right time.
And that's OK.
My honest advice
If you're still hesitating after reading all this:
Listen to your gut.
Not your budget. Not logic. Not what others think.
Your gut.
What's it telling you?
"Yes but I'm scared" → That's normal, everyone's scared. Do it anyway.
"Yes but it's expensive" → Compare what you'll never regret vs what you'll always regret.
"No, really, I don't feel ready" → Then don't go. Come back when you're ready.
I'd rather you be 100% convinced than 90% hesitant.
I'm not going to "sell" you a session
Either you know it's for you, or you don't know yet.
If you know: write to me, we'll build your session together.
If you don't know yet: that's OK. Take your time. Maybe it'll be for later.
But if you wait to be "100% sure" before experiencing things that matter...
You might wait a long time.
